| About: | You may have seen the Palace Theatre before, somewhere else. No, it has not moved since it was built in 1914, in fact there are 450 building in the United States of the same design which made it easy for traveling troupes to use the layout of the theatre. Today, the Palace Theatre has its own professional company as well as a company of youth and teen and one of child performers. Besides shows put on by this company which include numerous musical and play offerings throughout the year, traveling shows and community theaters can rent out the facility to bring the arts, in many different forms, to Manchester. |

We've been to two shows here so far, Miss Saigon and The Full Monty. Both of them had good quality talented performers. Don't expect a Broadway show, with amazing sets, but the prices are low, the talent is great, and the parking is free! I would highly recommend this theater to anyone!
Palace Theatre: An excellent place for clean live entertainment. It is priced right and has friendly ushers. All local residents and visitors must see at least one show in this historic theatre. The Palace Theatre is truly the entertainment centerpiece for the state.
