I should have listened to the negative reviews before I went there. The customer service is horrible. After I finally managed to get somebody on the line to check on the status of my car, the person on the phone gave me an attitude and tried to sell me repairs that I did not need or could get a lot cheaper elsewhere. The same happened again when I picked my car up and went somewhere else. Avoid this place and its horrible employees!

I brought my Toyota here for service, and was told I needed a part that would take a few days to arrive. After waiting over a week, I called the service department several times - each time not being able to reach a person. I left 4 messages, none of which were ever returned! Eventually I was able to schedule an appointment and get my car repaired.

I would not bring my car back here. They seem disorganized and unprofessional.

My husband and I have brought numerous cars from this dealership and we both are siding with the guy who wrote the first review about this company. When we would go to make a purchase or seal the deal, one time we waited and hour an a half until a sales rep came to us. Even when we obtained a car from this dealership, if something went wrong...they would not get off their high horses to fix the problem
