He is always willing listen and help me. We trust them so much that we have used their company to refinance our home in the past. Kevin and Mike are both very professional and kind. They are very knowledgable about the current mortgage rates and offer suggestions that might help your particular situation. They take the time to listen to you so that they understand your specific circumstances. They work very hard to get you a mortgage rate that is right for you. If necessary, they will also just provide additional information and recommendations to help you make the decision that is in your best interest. Kevin and Mike go above and beyond other mortage lenders by adding a personal touch so you feel like you really matter to them, instead of feeling like just a number as with other places. They always tell you to contact them with any questions or concerns at any time, even if you've decided not to go forward on refinancing at the present time.
