| About: | La Carreta has such a good reputation with the locals that it has expanded to 4 different restaurants in the New Hampshire area. If you don't know much about Mexican food, feel free to check out their website before visiting - it explains all you need to know to order a delicious dish. For those who aren't used to the spice, most dishes are prepared with only mild flavorings, to the dismay of many seasoned Mexican eaters. But with hot sauce on the table to spice things up, a variety of dipping sauces are available for chips, and quesadillas, burritos, tacos, and tamales all on the menu, this is one of the best Mexican places in town. |

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsused to love going to la carreta, the drinks and the salsa are yummy. But the past few times, the service was awful. Slow and rude. We actually got rolled eyes when we asked for refill of drinks for the second time-we had waited 15 minutes. So I decided to give them one more chance and i ordered food for pickup. spent over 50 dollars. Got home and half the order was wrong. Ordered couple of childrens plates and got home to find the tacos were missing so all they had was rice and beans. I had ordered one extra side of rice and beans and recieved a side order of rice and a side order of beans. Charged for what i actually ordered and the two wrong sides. My entree was also the wrong one, although it was correctly labelled on top. I have been disappointed for the last time. I know I could have called and gotten the food replaced,hopefully, but to pack up the kids and the dinners again to bring back was just not worth it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAMAZING FOOD! I had never tried authentic mexican food before. My husband heard about it from fellow soldiers and we decided to go. The wait for our order to be taken was a bit long, but worth it in my opinion. My husband and I ate till we couldn't move. The bill came and I was astounded by how cheap it was. We ordered alot of food. The service was great, people very friendly. I will be going back at least once a month.
You must try this place out!

This was the WORST Mexican food I had ever had. Their service is awful and unattentive. This wasn't my first time there, I thought I would give them a second chance. Both times were the same....AWFUL. I have name that is much more appropriate "La Ca rapa"
