User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOne of their Sous Chef's was very rude to me. I told management and they just said "oh, he's like that." This is not a way to get customers to come back to your establishment.

I have been to CR Sparks 3 times, on each of these times, the food and service have been excellent. The wait staff is friendly, even going the extra length to please customers with special needs. The last time I went I had steak, medium rare, it came done exactly medium rare and still hot, seasoned just right with accompanying tasty vegetables (so often restaurants over cook steak to medium when requested medium rare). We had the dessert sampler which was enough for at least 2 people to get a good taste of each dessert mini selection. All were satisfying and flavorful. My only complaint is the noise, due to the bounce of sound from the high ceilings, its like eating in a gymnasium, the sound, when the place is busy is deafening to the point where you have to yell to your dinner companions to be heard. Still, the food is delicious, the staff are great, and the manager bends over backwards to make sure everyone is happy. The atmosphere is high energy.

I had some of the worst service I have ever had at CR Sparks. Not only were the hostess' rude and misquoted our time by an hour and a half, but the manager was also rude when I asked to talk to him. The food was overpriced for medocricy (I have had better chicken at Boston Market). My husband and I will not go back.
