   I worked in the Long Term Care business for several years as a social services director, and so I know what I am looking for in a facility for my mother. I called them prior to my mother being admitted. The place was immaculate and it didn't matter that some of the residents there had dementia they were clothed and hair was done and it seemed like a home to them. As for the residents who were oriented they had smiles and easy interactions with the other residents and staff. My mother was there for a skilled admission and if she ever needs to go anyway ever again, it will be there. The care was wonderful and she was comfortable.
