The best place to eat in the world!!!! There chicken is out of this world. Really good food, really great price.
They have really gone downhill lately. The food is all still great, but the customer service is horrible. Its too bad the service is soooo bad otherwise I would say this is a good restaurant. It has been more than a few times that we have gotten horrible service there in the past couple months
After notifying the server that my 10 year old daughter has a severe dairy allergy that could be fatal, we received her bacon burger. I took off the top bun and saw a spot of cheese the size of a pea on the bacon and on the bun. We returned it to the kitchen. The server once again notified the kitchen that my daughter has a dairy allergy that can be fatal. The cook argued with her that they had never heard of this (once the server told me of the conversation I even offered to give her allergists number to the kitchen staff and showed the server her medic allert bracelet and asked if she wanted to bring her epi pen in the kitchen to show them). We got a new burger right away. I checked it and did not see any cheese. She ate her burger and within 45 min her face was swelling up to the point the bridge of her nose covered almost half of her eyes. Needless to say, not a good review here. I guess their kitchen staff needs to be better trained on food allergies and cross contamination. Luckily she came out of it ok. I cannot stress how important it is once an establishment has been notified of food allergies the precautions that need to be taken. Maybe if it was one of thier loved ones they would pay better attention. Kudos to the server but not to the kitchen staff.
