User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI agree with cowgrl. The nice, personable lady with the broken ankle has been replaced with an older guy with an attitude. He talks down to the girls behind the counter and he is rude to customers. He has insulted me twice, once in front of my grandson, who was very upset. I travel all over the state for a communications company and I go to dunkins everyday. I have never been treated like that at any other dunkins. I will be telling anyone who will listen about my bad experience at the Laconia Dunkin Donuts.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEveryone at our barn loves the downtown Dunkin's especially now that the lovely lady with the long braid is back. Unfortunately, she broke her ankle a while back-the younger staff there does not know the meaning of good service...she wrote the book. she's awesome and keeps the line moving as best she can now that they serve so many different things!

i like dunkin donuts. me and my boyfreind go there to have coffee.we like there new menu. the pizza is so good. it a nice place where you meet your freindsand chat and read the paper.
