User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJim had a great menu, lots of options, and handled everything I asked of him. He even went above and beyond by including an extra bread item for presentation-sake.
The food was amazing and we got many compliments from our guests about it. They provided all the plates, place settings, linens, etc. Great guy, made fair concessions on pricing when we changed things around, and made a special vegetarian plate for one guest out of about 100.
My *only* minor issue is that he's not easy to get on the phone or to email you back. He's a busy guy, though, and he says he's going to get a blackberry so he can stay in touch better while he's working. I couldn't deduct a star just for that, though, because when you do talk to him he'll absolutely reassure you that he'll make it happen.
Highly recommended.
