User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreat eats, great price, fine staff!: It is always a treat to drop by the Village Kitchen. The staff actually look happy! What's with that? Maybe because they know the food is fresh and tastes pretty darn fine? Or that their prices are decent? Whatever... I am just glad this restaurant is in My Town!!!

The village kitchen was build on a landfill area and the building is sinking under the ground if you havenât notice the door to the kitchen being higher then the floor in the dining room! The floors are a accident waiting to happen because of the sinking floors that are unleveled and dangerous somebody could get hurt!there ants and cockroaches in the building I saw a cockroaches in the bathroom one day and didnât go back after that! The waitress are a bunch of snobs who donât care about the customer and talk behide there back the place is gossip why do you think everybody in Moultonborough knows everything about everybody! food prices are not that cheap if you think about it and the owner is a greedy person who only think about himself and is very disloyal to his employees I been told by past people who work there! Overall this place should of been shut down by the health department along time ago its dirty place and dangerous especially for elderly folk I would suggest voiding this place all together and go to center harbor diner or Georges diner instead!
