User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA neighbor recommend Big Jim's for flooring. We were just started doing an addition, ended up getting flooring for three rooms, all new Andersen windows for three rooms, columns from front entrance, new front door with side lights. They are incredibly helpful. We picked the windows then had the Architect work around them. We saved thousands over purchasing equal quality over the "Big Chain Stores"
I have recommend and used them for other project for the past three years, have never been disappointed-

I have been using big Jims for sometime. Not regurarly but when I need a good deal for some good stuff.They have always been there for service and answered questions. Im a kind of a deal shopper and they always have one.A friend from that area told me about them a few years back.Been going ever since.

Went to Big Jim's for a door and some side windows for the door, I picked out what I wanted and they said sure ,no problem we can make that door and the price would be 1800.00 . Two weeks after that we called them because they said it would take 2 weeks,well they hadn't even started it and they couldn't make the door I wanted all of a sudden so I changed the whole order and settled for something half as good and waited another 2 weeks without being contacted and finally it was done. The price ended up going down about 100.00 when it should have been alot cheaper because they changed the whole design and didn't use that much glass.To end this story I get the door installed and I look at it and I can't believe it ,it is so cheap looking and the glass was put in crooked,the weather stripping isn't even the right length,ther definitly was not much effort put into making the door at all it just looked rushed and sloppy.I've contacted them a couple times and all they say someone will be out to look at it but noone ever does and noone calls back,not very professional at all.I will never do business there again and I am spreading the word to every person I know.
