User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was my first visit to Claudia's and I had my hair done by Chelene. I went in with a picture of exactly what I wanted, which was a total transformation! I had gone in with Medium length hair, and wanted a short cut with alot of dimension. I have to admit, I was abit nervous as well as skeptical. I had been to sooo many salons in the area that have totally butchered my hair! I was in Tears after she finished my hair! Talk about taking the time to really listen to me and what I wanted. Not to mention the awesome scalp massage she gave me with my shampoo! Yay!! I loved this place! Friendly environment and so incredibly nice! Everyone LOVED my new hairdo!

Now I know why Claudia's is rated number one in concord for 7 years straight, great color and style, I enjoyed the whole experience and will keep coming back, a true professional salon.
