    GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!!: This was the second Jeep that we have purchased fom Bob Mariano. It was another great experience with our salesman Jeff Rosen. We will be back when this lease ends to buy another....

    Awesome sales dept, lousy service dept: Likes: The sales department is awesome. Very nice people, great salespeople especially Jeff Rosen. I have been through 3 sales with him, my Jeep, my now-exboyfriend's used truck, and my parents new truck. They take excellent care of you. They actually try to listen to your needs and wants, unlike other dealerships.

    Dislikes: The service department. They are not always the friendliest, which is understandable as they are often busy. I question the abilities of the service techs, as it took 4 times for them to find a simple leak that my bf found immediately. However, for simple oil changes and warrenty work they are fine.
