This store has been run into the ground.They have lost all there good help. They should have there fish dept. shut down for the way they are taking care of there saltwater tanks. We waited 30 minutes in the fish dept., then left. Most of the fish that could get sick were, there were dead fish being eatin in most tanks. The bird dept. is down to low budget birds. Its A shame and we will never shop there again.Our family does not suport pet shop that dont take care of the animals they are in care of. If you want to see for yourself just look at there reef tank.They are torturing the animals in this tank,red slime yellow water, just terrible. Maybe some one should look into them and make them clean-up the fish room. Or only sell freash water until they hire people that know how to care for fish.Most of the saltwater fish were also starving.Its a shame to see the ribs on a fish!!! Also even though they have gone down hill sooo bad they have raised the price of there dry goods. Check any other place and you will see how bad they are ripping you off. It start with good help and they have none. Go look for your self and tell them"clean-up this store". If they dont want to do it right get out of the bussiness. If they were taking care of the dogs and cats like every thing else no wonder why they cant sell them any more. Any one who thinks they are doing a good job needs to drive to burligton to Pet Advantage or plymouth NH. to plymouth pet. they know how to care for what they are selling. they people in the fish rooms know every thing about corals, saltwater fish, fresh water fish.

I recently went to this pet store..I brought home a wonderful hand tame cockatiel we have had her home for a week now and willow is doing great..the people there were great they answered all my questions and even showed me how to clip her wings..as well as walked through the store to help me find all the things she would need..I think they did a great job and for her to be hand tame they abviously take care of there aniamls..

To be honest. Most of the dogs and cats where not taken care of. I knew of a few families who gotten kittens or puppies.. they were sick.

Also here is an idea.. why not do what Petsmart does in Concord?? Bring in some of the animals from shelters and help find homes from them. If they can not have the pets stay there have a day when the animals will be there so people around the area can go there.

It is a pretty pet store and I love the metal work that they do have. I wish them luck and hope that their fish area will get better as well as the smaller bird areas as well.
