Worst and unauthentic Indian experience ever. I am British and know good Indian food from living in England 29 years. The food here was bland. The portions were very small and they charge a lot per dish, nothing is given freely. In England you can get a huge meal with bread for very little money. This meal cost over $20 for 2 small lunches with only one coke. (I drank water).
I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. The men stood behind our table and glared the whole time. They couldn't wait to move us on and out and get the tip.
Forget this place.
Poor service, but I will give it another shot.: The food was ok, but the service was not. It was really slow, they brought me the wrong dish and forgot to bring the appetizer. But, I would go back because it was clear that they were understaffed.
Excellent: I've never had anything bad at this restaurant. It's a laid back setting, but service is great. Try the mango lassi, any of the appetizers/breads, and the curries. The desserts are also great.
