Very unprofessional. Promised to give me a call with a mulch estimate on Tuesday evening, but never called. I called Thursday and was told that he was "out on a job" and that she would give him my message. Still, no return call. I called the following Sunday and left a voicemail message. Still, no return call. On Tuesday (now, 1 week later) I called the 3rd and last time: She told me that his mother was in the hospital the past 7 days and that they were "too involved with his mother" to return my calls. If he was "too involved with his mother", then why was he "out on a job" on Thursday, and why did he not bother to call me? I hate dishonest contractors. Do yourself a favor and choose another Landscaper!
