Sweeps were rude and not interested in working. We had to schedule weeks in advance and had asked for specific work to be done. When they came, they wanted to do more than we had asked and when we said, "no," they wanted to reschedule. In the end they left having done nothing.

On 8/20/07 we were called to come out and give an estimate on a cap. Also wanted to know if chimney was lined or not. We came out on 8/24/07 and nobody was home. We left price for cap, as requested, and notified them that yes, the chimney was lined but a cap was highly recommended. August is a busy time for any chimney service company and 4 days in not unheard of for a wait. We are sorry this customer was not satisfied. We were never contacted and would have been happy to try to help in any way we could to make the experience better. After 25 years of servicing the Seacoast Area we are fortunate to have very few unsatisfied customers.
