User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAfter receiving a pre-approval letter AND a commitment letter from Blue Water Mortgage to purchase our first home we were told 2 days before closing that we couldn't get financing. We jumped through numerous hoops to make this deal happen and blue water completely stopped working for us. They gave up and cost us our house, our earnest money deposit and the inspection fee. We're now working with NE Moves who has us approved and is FAR more pleasant to deal with. I don't have to wonder if they're doing their job. DO NOT EVER use Blue Water Mortgage!!!!!!
