    We just came back after after spending July 4th weekend at Sun and Surf again. This is a great Family run, family friendly place. The Owner is so sweet and goes out of her way for the custumers, you can understand why most of the custumers return year after year. She remembers all her return customers and their stories. She remembered us from last year and asked about my grand daughter who I had talked about.
    The best thing is the rooms are so clean!!! I've walked by while they were cleaning a room and they wash even the walls!!!

    Good location on the north beach: Owned at the time by a WR Grace Executive in Cambridge,Mass, this motel features hot plates and sinks available and is on a quiet spot on the beach. A friend who had been fired from Grace had stayed there for a long time and the owner's wife, who managed it, denied the whole time her husband was his old boss.

    The manager is friendly and overall it is one of the better motels i have seen run by foreigners.
