What a wonderful place! It is defiantly a must go to restaurant when you come visit the White Mountains! The food is SO good, it is reasonably priced, and the service is GREAT!

We visited the white mountain area in may of 2007 which is the "slow" season. We were lucky enough to dine at the Cider Company. My husband and I both agree it was one of the best meals we have ever enjoyed. The flavors in every food and drink are delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and the plates are beautifully presented. I have dined and worked in many 5 star even 5 diamond restaurants and resorts, and the experience here topped those. The staff is wonderful knowledable and unpretentious. The ambiance is clean, comfortable, and inviting. We have decided to get away to nearby Jackson again this year, mainly to dine at this establishment --which is nearly 4 hours from home. I'm sure it will be just as wonderful. It is just really nice to go somewhere where it is obvious that everyone from the bartender to the chef has true passion for what they do.
