User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVisited the Moat on 7/17/09 and the beer was good. But the ribs were not that desirable do to the hint of burnt plastic. Also to note that the ribs are roasted and far from being of the barbeque type. They are said to be dry rubbed and then sauce added and they only come that way. The bar looks like it might be a good place to hang around.
