My wife & I bought a used 2001 Wildwood 39' travel trailer from a private party. After using it for the summer, we found there was some serious water damage happening to the ceiling. After visiting several places and getting a wide range of cost estimates, we visited Wayne at Reynolds.
He was aware of an ongoing problem with that year of Wildwood, explained our damage (site unseen) exactly, and told us what would be needed to make a proper repair. He also gave us an estimate that was somewhat better than the ones we had received from some other New England dealers. We scheduled the repair for their less busy season of December.
Reynolds completely removed my roof...everything...and installed new ceiling panels, new frame work, a new brace above our bump out room, new plywood, and a new rubber top.
All we can say about the job is AMAZING! When it was put back together we couldn't tell it had ever been taken apart. The only place there was any sign of repair was a small patch at each end of my bump out, near the top corners. We were given the option of the patches or replacing 2 wall panelings and decided the patches were fine, given the added expense the paneling would cost.
Another thing that impressed us was the photo records they kept of all the repair steps. Every step was photoed and we were asked if we wanted a CD copy for our records.
This job was not inexpensive! But, we think that it was pretty fair, since some other places quoted us almost $1500 more for the same repair.

We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.
