We recently went there for a my familys wedding. The place is very nice, food is good, and the hall is decent priced for a wedding. My only issue with this place wasn the lady bev, who ran the function. i first met her the night of the rehersal, and she was very demanding, she tried to take over, and she was very rude. she tried to rush things along, and was very impatiant with people. I let it subside but the night of the wedding was worse. although she kept things in order, for the most part, i can tell you right now she didnt tollerate much on the wedding day eaither. I do not think this function hall caters very much to small children because it seemed when they where aound she got very flustered. The bride was very insistant on haveing her 2 young children at her head table and bev suggested otherwise, but the bride wanted her children at the table, In then end the table wasnt set for her children and they had to work around it and do it themselves. Also before we were being introduced and going over the instructions i found it very desturbing when the baby was crying and bev announced " i guess i am going to have to talk louder for you to hear me" wich to me was rude and showed that she seems very intolerable to children. the other thing that happened was the order some how got messed up for the intro and seating at the table. me and the bride corrected the problem, and she seemed very distraught about the fact we had to change but it was what the bride wanted. The biggest thing of the night was the cutting the cake, bev had turned to one of the guests my friend and said i hope they dont smear it in there face and get it all over the flooor. wich they did and she ran out with a napkin and seemed very pissed about it, and wiped it up, and from that point on i didnt see her for the rest of the night. personally, the place itself has NO problems, but dealing with this one women i would not suggest. It seemed to me she did not want to carer to the bride, she didnt take the wedding seriously, and she was intolderable to small children. I dont usually write reveiws, but this women made me very upset throughout the night and made the bride very upset as well. Although the hall is very nice i would never suggest to anyone that you have this women cater to your wedding again! i am very dissapointed.
