The sales staff are the most helpful people I have ever seen at any dealership. We purchased a Forester last year before moving to Alaska. Joe helped us from the start, we never felt pressured to buy any vehicle, he just answered our questions and told us about the cars. Although we love the car, sadly it has had a couple of mechanical problems since the purchase. Now that we are in Alaska, we still needed to call Joe because we get little help from the local dealership. He has been responsive and quick to help us, really going out of his way despite the fact it's not even possible that we purchase a car from him again our go to get serviced at their dealership (since we're 4,500 miles away). Subaru should really commend these guys for their work!
