User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am a "third generation" customer of Frank's. Now my grown children are the forth. Don't bother wasting your time or gas going to the other so-called discount stores; if you want better than GREAT customer service and a GREAT value, just go to Frank's. I do misss seeing Frank, but Odie is still hanging out!

Excellent sales and service, Couch was damaged on delivery but they let us keep it until the new one came so we had something to use. Would buy there again.
