    We ran out of oil last Saturday (1.5.08). Our regular oil delivery company was closed and we had no other way to contact them. We called around to MANY local places. Most would not deliver to us because we were not "regular" customers--despite the fact that we were willing to pay immediately AND had three very small children in a freezing cold house. CN Brown was the company to come through in a pinch. They sent someone out in a reasonable amount of time and we were soon back in business. The "emergency" call did cost us an extra $75 (ouch!), but it helped teach us to pay better attention to our oil level!
