User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the ONLY place I will get my hair cut or colored. It is very hard to find a good hair Solon in this area, and New York 90 is it. I have 2 favorite stylists there; Stacy and Tracey and every time go they make me look and feel absolutely gorgeous. NY 90 is a bit on the pricey side though,my last trim and full foil highlight cost $140. However,it was worth every penny. So if your a girl who is picky about her hair and who cuts/styles it, I would recommend NY 90 highly. You might spend a little extra $$ but you def. get what you pay for!
