    Best Thai in Portland. Try Seng Thai 2 around the corner on Congress, where the original restaurant was... fresh, fabulous, and served by a really nice family. (Sit down meals go to St.John St., take out go to Congress... my preference anyway.)

    Get the Cashue Nut Chicken and spring rolls with the delicious sauce...

    WARNING eating here is perhaps more addictive than heroin.
