User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOne of the best ones around. Huge variety of food. Tip: If you get there before 4PM, and leave by 5:30, you can pay the lunch price but still get dinner items. ;)

Terrible Service. Last time I went June 08 I sat there with 3 empty plates on the table and no drink refill the entire time while the waitress sat and talked to some Chinese guests. The cashiers are rushed and rude and make you feel like an idiot if you don't practically have exact change ready when you approach the counter. This place is awful.

You sat there with 3 empty plates on the table? Um, this restaurant is self-serve, my friend. What you needed to do was take your empty plate to the buffet area (hence the name Super Great Wall BUFFET) and get your own food. Maybe you should try to understand how things work before passing judgment.
Maybe YOU should understand how things work before passing judgement. It is against State Health Code Regulations to take a dirty plate back to the buffet. You are required to use a clean plate each time. It may be "self serve", but the waitresses are required to clear the dirty plates so that they are not reused.
