User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis store has a monopoly position in Bethel and in my opinion abuses that power.
It has very limited selection has a system that I do not believe accurately tracks rentals. The store mercilessly pursues late fees and charges for âlostâ DVDâs with an attitude that I would describe as hostile to its customers.
Donât use this store Netflix or Blockbuster is a much better idea.

This store has a very freindly, helpful staff.Some very lovely people work there and if you've forgotten to bring your video back they give you a courtesy call to remind you. If you have late charges,well,that's your fault. The store actually lowered the late fee which I found helpful as I sometimes run late returning videos. Keep up the good work, Viewer's Choice!
