I have never had to wait for a tanning bed and thats really important when your in a hurry! I have recommended this place to all of my friends!

I just found the Laundry Basket and I am so glad that I did! It is the cleanest laundrymat and tanning salon that I have EVER been to. It even has wi-fi and the service is excellent each time I am there. I tanned there this week and their equipment is clean and works very well. They also have a wide variety of lotions that are affordable. Thank you for your cleanliness and exceptional service!

After washing my clothes there for nearly 10 years, I found a used band-aid in a dryer. When I asked the person at the counter for another $3.25 so I could re-wash and re-dry one load of laundry, she gave me a hard time. After giving me enough to wash, she told me to come back when I was ready to dry for the other 75 cents. When I returned, she told me that the owner said it's not their responsibility to give me a refund, and that because it's a public place, I should be the one checking the machines for band-aids. I've spent nearly $3,600 here over the years, and they were worried about $3.25, and were extrememely rude.

As a new customer I am sad to see that this former customer is so disgruntled. This is the cleanest business that I have ever come across and the service is wonderful. If he has been coming there for nearly 10 years he should be well aware of the cleanliness of the place. I hope he has luck with finding a new facility that is this nice in the greater Bangor/Brewer area. God Bless him.
Thanks. Sure it's clean and most of the employees had been friendly prior to this incident. I was completely shocked about their reaction to my request for a couple of bucks to re-wash my clothes. I was inspired by their rudeness to install my own washer and dryer. If I find a dirty band aid now, at least I know it's mine.
because lord knows that all of the dirty germs from a bandaid aren't going to be killed by hot water and laundry detergent. you sound kinda petty. plus, spending over $3,600 at a laundromat? really? a wise person would have purchased their own 6 years prior. but then again, you're sitting here complaining over ONE USED BANDAID in the 10 years you went there. haha.
