Examples: Called on a Monday about availability of a receiver, phone rang 15 minutes until pick up, during store hours. Called on a Tues. to check availability of a subwoofer for receiver that I did purchase and was told it was in stock. I took my lunch hour to travel to the store only to have to wait 15 minutes to be waited on AND be told that they did NOT have it in stock. I have had similar experiences in this store before.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have been a loyal BestBuy customer for years, and the Bangor store is one of the friendliest I've encountered. However, recently I made a purchase, and was somewhat misled by the sales associate regarding issues of compatibility. I am going to try and straighten this out, and will report back as soon as it is resolved. My next review will reflect the outcome.
