Majesty Hardwood Floors

Poor workmanship, bad choice: Company came highly recommended. They resurfaced our hardwood floors in Feb 07. Two gouges they were to sand out still remain; no vacuuming after sanding; no finish sanding between coats of urathane; final coat has hair and dust painted into it; several cloudy defects were left (where non previously existed). Manager examined and said was previous sun bleaching defect (nice try but the sun has never has touched those areas of the floor and hallway). Complained to "SKY" the owner. Said he'd make it all right. Never did. As of 21 Mar 07 no one from this company has called me back to make repair plans, after thay promised to do so. Don't do business with this company as they won't do what they say. And when they finally leave they may even peal out (burn rubber) when speading out of your driveway. Bad experience, zero customer service or guarantee of workmanship.
