User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Ideal Maine Lobster Joint: Perched on the water's edge with two floors of open air porch-style seating, this place is our favorite lobster place on the island. The food is great, but truthfully, there's only so much you can to do screw up a boiled lobster or steamed clams; you really come here for the atmosphere.
It overlooks a postcard bay with lobster boats and towers of traps. The yellow awnings over the dinning areas give everything inside a bright yellow tinge on a sunny day.
Very informal, great for family gatherings and groups.
