Ate there last two weeks ago based on recommendation of our B&B innkeeper. In general, the food was good, but overpriced. The service was decent, but rather stuffy and dismissive.
I chose a salad with a Caesar dressing, which had a strong anchovy aroma/taste. I cannot eat anchovies. When I spoke to the server and requested a different salad, her attitude seemed to be "You rube, of course Caesar dressing has anchovies." We're from Chicago (we have a couple of good restaurants here) and most have either removed anchovies from their Caesar, or offer to prepare it without the salty little beasts.
They then brought my wife the wrong entree; she didn't send it back because the dish they brought was her second choice, and she figured they would put my entree under a heat lamp while they made her correct choice. Our entrees were fine.
In contrast, the night before we ate at Amalfi in downtown Rockland. Cozy, relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, excellent food.
We will never go back to Primo. Amalfi will be a regular stop during future trips.

I'm guessing this guy could give a great critique on the nuances of Burger King.
