User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAte at Al's many times, great food, great service, and great people. I would eat here on my way through to visit family anytime. You certainly don't get this cooking in Connecticut.

Great homecooked food! Excellent wait staff! Boneless fried chicken is a favorite there and you must try the Beef Poutine. I personally love the Hot Chicken Sandwiches with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. All of their deserts taste great, I've tried too many, but the Chocolate peanut butter pie, is the best! Stop by for breakfast and try a pumpkin doughnut.
