I bought a new Ford Focus from Quirk Ford in Belfast this spring. The sales experience was great--no high-pressure 'BUY BUY NOW OMG BUY NOW OR ELSE!!!!' as I've gotten at other dealerships. My salesperson was easygoing and worked very hard (and successfully) to get me the car I wanted, not the car she wanted to sell me. I'd definitely go back to Quirk Ford to purchase another new car.

My experience with the service department for routine maintenance has been nothing but excellent. The staff is very friendly (even at 7:30 a.m. when I generally have my service appointments), and overall I think this dealership has improved vastly since the Kallis family sold it to the Quirks.

I have dealt with this dealership 3 times in the last month and received HORRIBLE service!They told me I needed a new starter and I had it replaced. I had to take it back because it still was not starting all the time and they said I needed a new battery and cable and they were surprised it would start at all because it was so bad, that whoever looked at it last should have replaced it. I told him they were the last ones to fix it. One of the employees said they would fix it for free and reimburse me the difference for putting the starter on because they did not know if it really needed to be replaced. Then today they told me the car was ready but they now had to charge me for parts because they felt the starter really did need to be replaced even though they told me the last time they had tested everything! So beware when you take your car in!!!!!! Get a quote and anything else they tell you in writing! Lesson learned!
