    I have to say for the Waterville area its the only restaurant that we will frequent other then Cancun of coarse,,, The sampler plater is the best freindly staff I always can rely on Applebees

    The staff here is great. I took my dad out for his birthday and a number of the waitstaff came over to say happy birthday and make the visit special for him. We requested not to be sung to, but the manager came over discreetly with a free sundae and congratulated him, with out the embarassment. Just a great visit. Above and beyond what you expect, especially for a chain.

    Forgotten: Every time I eat here, I find that the service is lacking...and last evening was no exception. I order their Queso and Chips, as well as a Chicken Fajita To Go as well as a Mt. Dew. By the time I got my food, it was ice cold, and they forgot my drink. I was once again not impressed with the service provided. Oftentimes the wait staff is rude and uncooperative. When I had mentioned that my drink was not with my order, the woman got flip and told me that I didn't even order one...which I definitely did. I won't be eating there again, which is unfortunate, as their food is good!
