User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI was enthralled by the apples with caramel sauce I was able to get with my Happy Meal, and tried to get them instead of fries the next time I got a premium chicken sandwich. No dice. You can only get them with Happy Meals. This makes no sense to me at all; if McDonald's is trying to help its customers eat more healthily, it shouldn't mind giving an adult apples instead of fries. I wrote to the national website, but they said it was up to the local franchiser.
