User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI work a Hillmans. They make fresh breads and pasteries daily and sell their food at an affordable price. If your looking for an internship its a great place to go.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsHillman's DOES make the best cakes around. However, I only wish they would utilize cleanliness more. Every time I have ever been in there (and I've been going there for 10+ years), they are always seen wrapping pastries with their bare hands. Would it really hurt to throw on a pair of gloves? Because I have seen this lady do this so many times, I will no longer buy the wrapped goods. I only buy cakes! You just have to wonder how clean their hands really are and are they handling cash in between wrapping the pastries. Just grosses me out.
