User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWith a smile like hers: I went to brooks pharmacy and the line was long and I did have to wait but there was one girl who when I got to the register told me she was sorry for the wait and was very helpful with all the questions that I had.Now everytime I need a perscription I look for the tall blonde with the big smile!!! I really like the convience and the choice that they have in the front store as well
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood for lot's of stuff except perscriptions: I like getting thing's here like thing's for the holidays and hair product's but I hate getting perscriptions filled here. It takes them foever and you have to wait in line a long time. Maybe they should make the pharmacy a little bigger have more registers or something. The service for the other part of the store is really good though.

I agree Carmen is a great tech who puts alot in to that place but does't get much back. What people have to remember is that The techs can only input the perscriptions its really the pharmacist who can sometimes be the hold up. We live in a world short on Pharmacist. And we live in a small town with no compitition and not great pay. Give them a break and Remember your 1 of 300-400 that is in there daily.
