Antiques fill all of the uniquely and individually decorated guest rooms. Full country breakfast and afternoon tea is included. They are open May to mid-March.

    Our favorite getaway!! Very quaint inn. Outstanding views of the coutrysdie and staff. Breakfast included and was never disappointed.
    Restaurant could be a bit over priced but the food is decent and you can't beat the ambiance. Phelps barn is very rustic and romantic. Great way to just getaway from hectic city life for a weekend and enjoy yourselves and each other. Rooms are very nice. Beds very comfortable and cozy.
