    dropped my car off at 10:15 this morning asking VT tire to put on some new snow tires I was purchasing that day. They told me it would be up to 2 hours if I waited so I agreed to leave the car for a couple of hours and then come back to pick it up. When I called at 3:30pm, it still was not done. When I called at 4:45pm, it still was not done. They close at 5pm. I drove over there with a friend and just retrieved my car from the parking lot, exactly where I had left it that morning. It had not even been touched! They never warned me that it might not get done in one day or bothered to call to let me know they were running behind. They do offer the cheapest rate for snow tires in town but it is definitely not worth it if you are looking for someone to actually do what you ask them to do! Do not ever go there!

    A terrible business. They're always late with your car and you end up sitting with everyone else in the waiting room. No apologies whatsoever. I've got tires here twice, I don't know why I was dumb enough to go back again. I left in a really bad mood twice. I'll never go back again.
