What a great place to have a sandwich! The sandwiches are HUGE. I eat here at least once a week and twice if I can squeeze it in. I have lived in a lot of big cities over the years. If you were to get a sandwich of this quality and size in one of those cities, you would pay at least 2 1/2 times more that you would here. The old saying is, "you get what you pay for" but Martone's proves that, here, you get a lot more than what you pay for. It's a rare find.
It can get busy and all sandwiches are made to order so be patient. The sandwiches are worth the wait. Try their baked goods as well. They are all made in-house and the cinnamon rolls are to die for! -

Wow! What a great lunch experience. I meet a group of friends a few times a month at Martone's and we are treated like old friends. The staff actually brought out toys the last time we visited for the kids to play with. The sandwiches are delicious and worth every penny. My daughter loves the pasta salad and the baked goods are a must.
