User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would have given them ZERO stars if I could. We ordered 2 tons of pellets in July and canceled the order in January after receiving 2 tons of excuses... we had the wrong number, the truck's broken, our forklift is broken, we'll deliver Saturday and will call you Friday to confirm (never once called)... yadda yadda yadda. The icing on the cake was when they called us for payment of pellets that were never delivered. Poor business practice across the board.

Dear Sirs, being the owner of the business this is the 1st time that I have heard about this. If this did truly happen, I apologize. But I really doubt that this did happen since I never heard about this. We at Vermont Pellet Stoves strive on 100% customer satisfaction. Anything less is not tolerable. Thank you........
