Monro Muffler Brake & Service

My friend went in to check on some tires she had baught there less then two years ago. One of the tires was going bare. She was told several things about the tire being too low, her shocks were out, they were not, the tire was inflated too low, Monro did all the inflating and deflating on the tires. Paul was the one to work on the tires, if they needed air, if the would show traction, they were braught to Monro. The tires were still under warranty but Paul said he would have to see if he could do anything because it was "so close to the end of the warranty". She was also told She was going to need four new tires anyway. The tires were less then two years old! After her first appointment She was told to come back a second time to see what kind of deal they could give her on a new set of tires. She felt she was being hustled by the staf there who moo and haw about warranty's. Its almost time for her inspection and it seems they were just looking to take advantage of a woman client. It also should be noted that the client was the one to notice the tire was bare, and has to drive in Vermont winters with four tires from this place, which is scary to say the least. DONT GO HERE!!!! consumers beware!!!
