When we first came to VT (1974) most pizza parlor pizza was plastic cheese on dry crackers. Now, Mimmo's offers as good a pizza as I've had anywhere, including Queens, NYC, in my childhood. Mimmo was born in the Old Country and obviously took the recipes, talent, and dedication with him when he immigrated. Give him a big "bongiorno" when you pick up your pie. Mimmo's is simply the best.
Best tasting pizza in the area, but make sure they don't over bake it.
The pizza's are very good, flavorful sauce with a fine thin crust. Not the best pizzia I've ever had, but one of the best so far in Vermont.
