User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had the same problem when I let them care for my dog a few years ago. I was not impressed, and never took my pup there again. I hope he forgives me, as he watches me from heaven. I miss you Otis
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever, Ever Again.: I made a big mistake. Owner was very friendly at drop-off, but a jeckyl-hyde at pickup. Not to mention the stench of my dog and the smeared poop on her behind. I'm not sure if she was ever even let out! I found another cleaner and friendlier Kennel on Lake Road and have tested and will use again next week. Don't be fooled by the front you receive when asking about her Kennel!
