User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI go to this location as often as i can, great store and a menashiery of items from bedding to clothing to new baby gift items.....I also ran into the same problem with stained items or very outdated product. or really soiled items for big bucks, I did not get much for my items I brought and they even had tags on them.....customer service is "NOT GOOD", they are very very very rude and not helpfull, very chattey amongst them selves, I had to inturupt two employees talking about there night out just to get the key to the bathroom. I think customer service needs to change alot, but kudose to the store other then that I love shopping at this location.

I have been to the Williston location on many occasions. I have both purchased and sold things to this store. I don't mind buying used clothing for my children but am often dissappointed when shopping here because there are many clothes that are extremely outdated, stained, and even some with holes. The things that I bring in are always in the best condition for resale but many times they are turned away. This confuses me because I see so many aweful clothes there. Today I brought in 4 flower girl dresses that I have been wanting to get rid of. The dresses all had been worn once but looked like they were just purchased. Each costing me around $200, they only offered me $36 for 3 of them. This wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't looked at the dresses they had in stock and noticed that many were in poor condition and still being sold at $50+. Next time I will try my luck at Ebay.
