User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi purshased an item at the beginning of the ski season.it did not arrive as of the end of february/beginning of march. i asked for my money back but was adamantly told no by aj.i eventually i settled for 20% less than what i paid. he is mean spirited and stubborn.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFantastic Customer Service and expansive Product selection which is why AJ's was voted Best Specialty Sports Store in New England. Ownership is involved, customer service is excellent, Staff and Management is knowledgeable about their products and willing to assist customers. AJ's always seems to have what I am looking for when shopping Winter Sports apparel and Bike Shoes and Equipment and they have some of the best prices for a retail establishment that I've ever seen.

Rent elsewhere! Owner/Manager, Art, is a bad business man and is unaware of the old saying "the customer is always right." He needs a lesson in manners as well. I recently rented there and he called me a thief and liar then threatened to call the police, all because of a series of problems with his own accounting equipment. When he was proven wrong, he didn't even have the sense to apologize for his abusive behavior. There are many other options available in town.
